Description

False Banana: How to grow it and use it as food

This book describes how people grow and use the false banana in Ethiopia. People prepare it as a main food. They also feed their animals with it. And people can make things like bags from it. Scientists think that the false banana could become a useful main food in other areas of Africa, too.
